Ellen and Janis “staged” the house promptly, bringing in their own personal furniture for the purpose (the house had been empty). The open house was said to have a party atmosphere and they latched on to my vision of what the house was and was to be, quirky but well-built with lots of fun details. They amplified those qualities and moved the house to closing very smoothly. The communication was “constantly appropriate” and there were not surprises. Guidance was a phone call or e-mail away. It was not an easy process on several fronts or for any of us, but the positive news is that we were able to close the deal in a reasonable time and in a clean manner, due in large part to your efforts to market and sell the property, which were superb.
